End of Year Information
- 3rd and 4th block exams. Early Release schedule.
- 1st and 2nd block exams
- At 10:30, all Seniors report to the gym
- Senior class Photo in gym - Dress Appropriately!
- Senior Walk through School
- Parents may attend - Park in front, student parking or rear of building and gather in main lobby
- After the Senior Walk, Seniors and parents may leave or report to the Auditorium for the Senior Slideshow (approximately 40 minutes)
- After the Slideshow, your Elementary Schools would love to see you for a new tradition!
- Meet at 1:30 at your respective elementary school
- Dress appropriately for little eyes and ears - Wear HC gear!
- For all buildings, park in the visitor parking lots nearest the playground
- Enter the main entrances and await instructions
- Parade through the halls and meet and greet the students and
your former teachers!
- Friday, May 20th
- Senior Awards - Invitations have been sent to all students being recognized
- Park in front or Auditorium Entrance
- Breakfast begins at 7:30 am
- Awards begin at 8:00 am
- Wednesday, May 25th
- All Credits must be completed and updated to qualify for Commencement/Graduation on June 3rd
- Wednesday, June 1st
- Graduation Rehearsal @ 12:30 at the Stadium Entrance (Auditorium if weather is poor)
- Students, in good standing (have met credit expectations, no fines and fees, discipline or other unresolved issues) will receive their cap/gown and diploma
- All students participating in Commencement/Graduation should attend
- Friday, June 3rd
- Commencement Ceremony @ 6:00 at HC Stadium (no tickets needed for the outdoor ceremony)
- Arrive to the MS Gym by 5:00 p.m.
- Pictures and organizing will occur in the MS gym
- If the weather is poor, the Ceremony will be moved indoors to the HCHS Gym. Tickets will be required ONLY if the ceremony is indoors. 6 tickets will be given to each graduate in the event it is held indoors. Please plan accordingly if this occurs.

Also, remember the email Mrs. Roslund shared regarding your laptops/materials: you need return your materials. This includes student laptops (WITH CASES AND CHARGERS) and library books and textbooks. A fee has been placed on all your accounts for these checked out materials. It will be removed from PowerSchool as soon as you turn the items into the library. If you need your laptop until the very last day of school, that is fine. Just remember to hand it in to the library before you leave for the day.

Your school Google Accounts will remain active for a time period after graduation. It is recommended that you create a personal Google account and save any files you want to keep, as eventually your school account will be closed.
